Fortsatt tillv&auml;xt f&ouml;rv&auml;ntas st&ouml;djas ytterligare genom det positiva ers&auml;ttningsbeslutet fr&aring;n Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) i USA&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><strong>H&ouml;jdpunkter<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F&ouml;rdelaktigt ers&auml;ttningsbeslut fr&aring;n CMS och p&aring;g&aring;ende process med en st&ouml;rre amerikansk f&ouml;rs&auml;kringsgivare positionerar f&ouml;retaget f&ouml;r betydande tillv&auml;xt i USA under 2025.<\/li>\n<li>&Ouml;verg&aring;ngen till den nya aff&auml;rsmodellen &auml;r genomf&ouml;rd, justerade operationella kostnader reduceras med 12 % och en fortsatt tillv&auml;xt inom vertikalen f&ouml;r concierge-medicin.<\/li>\n<li>Resultaten fr&aring;n FILTER-SCAD-studien visar att en f&ouml;rdr&ouml;jd teststrategi &auml;r genomf&ouml;rbar och s&auml;ker f&ouml;r l&aring;griskpatienter med nydebuterade stabila symtom p&aring; kransk&auml;rlssjukdom (CAD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><strong>Tredje kvartalet 2024 j&auml;mf&ouml;rt med samma period 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Totala int&auml;kter f&ouml;r tredje kvartalet uppgick till 993 kSEK (1 573). Den nya aff&auml;rsmodellen med konsignation av CADScor System hos kunder i USA ledde till att <strong>patchf&ouml;rs&auml;ljningen &ouml;kade med 89 procent.<\/strong> Totala int&auml;kter minskade j&auml;mf&ouml;rt Q3 2023 huvudsakligen p&aring; grund av att bolaget inte l&auml;ngre int&auml;ktsf&ouml;r f&ouml;rs&auml;ljning av CADScor systemen, utan ist&auml;llet f&aring;r h&ouml;gre ers&auml;ttning f&ouml;r eng&aring;ngspatcher.<\/li>\n<li>Bruttoresultatet uppgick till 897 kSEK (1 292) vilket motsvarar en bruttomarginal p&aring; 90 % (82 %). <strong>&Ouml;kning av bruttomarginalen om 8 %-enheter<\/strong> drevs av &ouml;kad patch f&ouml;rs&auml;ljning.<\/li>\n<li>I USA levererades totalt 20 CADScor-system till kunder p&aring; konsignation, <strong>en &ouml;kning med 100 %,<\/strong> och 1 380 patcher s&aring;ldes, vilket motsvarar en <strong>tillv&auml;xt p&aring; 116 %.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>R&ouml;relsekostnaderna uppgick till 19 448 tusen SEK (18 517), inklusive 3 079 kSEK i eng&aring;ngskostnader.
